Eamti fully supports the products we sell. Therefore, all our products are covered by a three-year warranty from the date of receipt of the original order. Customers who purchase our products and need repair within three years can contact us, and we will directly replace them with new products of the same style, or other products of the same price, you only need to pay the shipping fee, and we will replace it for you free of charge.

Place the item(s) in the original packing and seal the parcel securely. And then email us the return information(Details Below).

We only accept returns within 30 days of receiving the order.
Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that's opened, used, damaged, or altered.
Our Customer Service Team must first approve all returns. We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.
Return Shipping Fee
