Eamti fully supports the products we sell. Therefore, all our products are covered by a three-year warranty from the date of receipt of the original order.
1. The customer will be responsible for shipping the item back to Eamti.
2. The customer should ensure that the item is securely packed before sending it back. Eamti is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.
3. When returning the item, the customer must use the shipping method with tracking function. Packages that are not tracked will not be processed.
4. Eamti reserves the right to void the warranty on any item showing signs of modification, abuse or damage beyond "normal wear", as determined by our jewelry professionals.
To send your item(s) back to us for three-year warranty, please follow the instructions listed below:
1. Please email at firstname.lastname@example.org for return authorization and support. Unauthorized returns will not be processed.
2. Package all your items securely so it is a one unified package ready for delivery.

Requests are processed within 7-15 business days of receiving the package back to our facility and you will receive an email confirmation as soon as your request is completed!
